The Training Station – Gym Rules & Policies

To maintain a safe, professional, and supportive environment for all coaches, clients, and staff, please adhere to the following rules and policies. These policies are enforced by Ken Miller, Founder of The Training Station.

Booking & Scheduling

  • All sessions must be booked in advance using our approved scheduling app. Failure to book a session before training will result in a double session charge.
  • You may only train a client at the time scheduled in the system. Training outside of that booking time without approval may incur a congestion fee.
  • If a scheduling conflict arises, contact Ken Miller directly before the session.

Waivers & Access

  • All clients and trainers must sign liability waivers before entering the facility.
  • Cameras are in place for safety and quality assurance. Session audits may be conducted to resolve disputes.
  • Trainers may share building access codes with clients, but clients will not receive eKeys.
  • Clients must never be left alone in the facility.
  • If you are the last to leave, you must lock the door behind you—regardless of time.

Cancellations, Payments & Expiration

  • There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all sessions.
  • Sessions and payments must be entered and completed through the scheduling system before the session begins.
  • Sessions not logged prior to training will result in a double charge.
  • To request a return or refund, trainers must submit a formal request via our online form at www.trainingstation.org/return-and-refund/.
  • Sessions expire 12 months after purchase. Discounted 25-packs expire in 3 months.
  • Trainer rates and policies are subject to change. You will be notified of changes via email.

Behavior & Professionalism

  • Professional conduct is expected at all times. Treat fellow coaches and clients with respect.
  • Be mindful of space. Avoid setting up large circuits during peak hours.
  • Only work out during off-peak hours and only if you train multiple clients weekly. Max 3 sessions can be running while you work out. Always yield the space to paying clients.
  • Complaints must be emailed to ken@kenmillerpt.com with details: names, date, time, and a full explanation.
  • Consent is required before touching a client. Inappropriate behavior will result in removal and may be reported to authorities. Cameras will be reviewed in such cases.

Equipment & Emergencies

  • No dropping weights.
  • Offer to call 911 in the event of injury.
  • Document all incidents clearly and report them to ken@kenmillerpt.com immediately.

Thank you for maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment at The Training Station.
