Referral Rewards Request Form
If you would like to request your referral reward for referring a new customer to the Training Station, please follow the outlined procedure. Referral reward requests must be submitted within seven days of the referral, with a limit of one reward per new referral. Please complete the form below and allow 3-5 business days for a response.
Rewards Available:
- Refer a trainer who buys a 25-pack of sessions: Receive 10 free sessions.
- Refer a trainer who buys a single session: Receive 3 free sessions.
